What does the SEO checker look at?
30 checks across seven areas: whether search and AI crawlers may read your site, llms.txt, schema markup, titles and headings, the size and freshness of your content, trust signals like HTTPS and an About page, and speed. Every problem comes with what to change.
How is my score calculated?
Each check carries points, and your score is the share you earn, out of 100. Work that takes effort weighs most: real content, a growing number of pages, regular publishing and schema. Things your host usually handles, like HTTPS, weigh less. 90 or more is excellent, 70 good, 50 needs work. If your page is set to noindex or blocks Google, the score cannot go above 30.
Why does a new website score low?
Because search engines and AI assistants have little to go on yet. A new site with a theme and an SEO plugin usually has the basics but only a few pages, no posts and little text. The score rises as you publish.
Is the SEO checker free?
Yes. There is no account to create and nothing to pay. There is a limit of a few checks every few minutes, only to keep bots away.
Does it check every page of my site?
It checks the page you enter in depth, plus the files that cover your whole site: robots.txt, your sitemaps, llms.txt and your icon. Start with your home page, then try your most important service or product pages.
Is the score made by AI?
No. It comes from fixed rules, so the same page always gets the same score and every point is explained in the report.
